The journey of creating our native garden started in April 2024. A visitor to Patacara Bhikkhuni Hermitage after Ajahn Brahm’s retreat, wanted to help and they started clearing the side garden.

Even though the garden work is not yet finished, it gives me much inspiration for the practice of the Dhamma – it started somewhere and then one step at a time. It grew.

We now have a beautiful garden.
